A blank mounter that is completely automated and uses five CCD cameras for positioning. Before mounting the blank on the package, the system uses image processing software to check the final result, adjust the location of the blank, check the bonding application, and correct the package position. In the post-processing stage, it can also be used along with a curing furnace.
